Barker Educational Services Team (BEST) was founded in early 2006 by Bob Barker and a team of experienced higher education professionals. The purpose of BEST is to provide outsourced enrollment, student services and retention support for colleges looking to launch online degree programs. Our management brings over 40 years of non-traditional higher education experience to each of our client relationships.
When Bob Barker founded the company, he did so with the intention of helping small to mid-size institutions build online programs in a marketplace that is dominated by large for profit providers. Our philosophy since day one has been simple–provide excellent service to our client institutions and our students. We believe that if we take care of our two client groups, they will take care of us.
